Hi!
I’m Leah, a designer who enjoys making complex things feel a little easier for the people who rely on them.
I grew up in Kerala, studied Industrial Design at the National Institute of Design, India, and somewhere between studio projects, freelance work, and travel across India, I learned how much I value observing people and understanding how they move through their worlds.
Beyond my formal work, I’ve spend my weekends teaching young design aspirants at Thinc Institute of Design and collaborated with startups through freelance projects.
Today, I’m at Medtronic, leading global usability research and creating evidence-based interfaces for life-critical technologies. I translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive, safe digital experiences, working across regions and disciplines to keep human needs at the center.
I entered healthcare design with a simple intention: to make medical technology feel more human and lighten the invisible burdens carried by patients and caregivers.
In short, I design so problems feel lighter, decisions feel clearer, and technology feels a bit more human.
